Module 4: Trauma & Release

Trauma is created when something happens too fast, too intense and too much for us to process it. Many of us have experience trauma, from personal to generational trauma.

In this course you will learn about somatic experience and how to release trauma from the body without the need to know what it actually was.

Release is a powerful part of self-liberation.

Join us to understand how somatic experiencing can help you heal and allow for a safe space of your clients to do so too.

Constellations for companies are a powerful tool in terms of decision making, realizations and restore of balance within the company.

Module 6: Test & Graduation
