We are in no position to take responsibility or make guarantees regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of the sessions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided with the utmost care and professionalism. However, we disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our services or from any decisions you make based on the information provided during sessions. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your use of our services.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and sessions, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and ethical guidelines. 6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Advance Notice:

We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your scheduled session. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting. You may then reschedule the session as per your availability.

Charges for Late Cancellation:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur the full session fee. This policy helps us maintain the highest level of service for all our valued clients.
In the event of a missed appointment without prior notification, the full session fee will be charged.

Emergency Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen events may occur. If you are faced with an emergency that affects your ability to attend or reschedule, please contact us promptly to discuss potential arrangements.
