Service Description
Systemic Constellations can be experienced just as deeply online as they can in person. This private one-to-one session offers you a safe and confidential space to explore a personal issue, relationship, recurring pattern or life situation that feels difficult to understand or change. Together, we gently bring the hidden dynamics behind your experience into awareness. You may gain a new perspective, release emotional burdens, reconnect with your inner resources and find a clearer path forward. You do not need to know the exact cause of the issue or have everything figured out before the session. Simply bring the question, feeling or situation that is currently asking for your attention. The session lasts approximately 60 minutes, with a possible variation of around 10 minutes depending on the process. Please ensure that you are in a quiet, private space where you can be fully present and undisturbed. Explore what is holding you back and reconnect with your way forward.
