Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Thank you for selecting our constellation services. To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling: Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours' Notice): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled session fee. This policy is in place to compensate for the reserved time and to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Advance Cancellations (24 Hours' Notice and more): Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice allow for the session to be rescheduled at no additional cost. We will do our utmost to find a suitable alternative time for your rescheduled session. No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notification will be charged the full session fee.
